We offer our residents a secure portal to submit all maintenance issues, which can be accessed online with a simple click. Our Vendors are insured, trustworthy and very quick to respond. We coordinate and communicate with the tenants, with you, and vendors for our maintenance scenarios. Protecting and maintaining your home and your investment is a top priority for us. We provide true transparency by providing you the actual vendor's invoice with no hidden percentage mark-up. Traverse PM charges a transparent flat fee of $25 per each completed work order. In the event it’s a tenant causing repair then the tenant will be charged the $25 flat work order fee.

Vendor bills and receipts are emailed monthly with Owner Statements and are also available through our online Owner Portal.

What We Do

Marketing

Marketing is key to successful rentals. We provide an expert market rental analysis for each property we manage to maximize your return on investment. We also market your property on the MLS in addition to many 3rd party market sites creating maximum exposure.

Tenant Screening

We conduct extensive screening of all tenants to ensure we’re placing the most qualified prospects and handle every aspect of getting your investment leased in the shortest time possible.

Rent Collection

We make sure you’re paid in a timely manner, we direct deposit rent on the 10th of each month into your account.

Maintenance

We conduct inspections upon move-in, mid-term, and move-out and ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner. Additionally, due to our strong relationships with local vendors, we benefit from discounted pricing, allowing us to pass significant savings on to our clients.

Financial Reporting

With our detailed financial reporting tools and online owner portal, it’s never been easier to keep tabs on your investment – get access to owner statements 24/7! We also provide you with a detailed year-end cash flow report with your 1099 for tax deduction purposes.

Eviction Protection

In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will cover the cost of a simple uncontested eviction within 90 days from placing (some restrictions apply) and ensure your investment is protected. You can opt into an Eviction Protection plan for $15 per month following your 90 day protection period (Optional).
