Resident Screening

We conduct extensive screening of all residents to ensure we’re placing the most qualified prospects and handle every aspect of getting your investment leased in the shortest time possible.

Rent collection

We make sure you’re paid in a timely manner, we direct deposit rent on the 10th of each month into your account.

Maintenance & Inspections

We conduct inspections upon move-in, mid-term, and move-out in addition to ensuring all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Financial Reporting

With our detailed financial reporting tools and online owner portal, it’s never been easier to keep tabs on your investment – get access to owner statements 24/7! We also provide you with a detailed year-end cash flow report with your 1099 for tax deduction purposes.

Eviction Protection

In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will shield you from the stress and re-rent the property promptly.
